As of Monday, December 28, 2020 our retail store is closed to the public but available by appointment from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. We are still offering free delivery to your home or office. The health and well-being of our customers and staff is top-of-mind.
Also, we will continue to offer contactless curbside pick-up, as well as FREE delivery for online, email and telephone orders to your home or office. How does Contactless Curbside Pickup work?
1. Place your order online at shopmonarchbasics.com or call us at 519-966-2400.
2. During checkout in the Shipping Section please change Shipping Method to Pickup.
3. Your order will be ready approx. 2 hours after being placed.
4. Our customer service team will call you once your order is ready.
5. Upon arrival call the store (519-966-2400) and an associate will bring out your order.
6. Our pick up area is located at the front of our building to the right of the main entrance doors.
